Purpose

Day 20 – Purpose

Hello and welcome to day 20! We are one day away from being finished with our 21 day program! Wow how time has flown. Today we are going to focus in on purpose. All human beings have a purpose in life. However, very few know what theirs is. Regardless of whether some know it or not, they may find themselves acting in consequence of it and living a life of true fulfillment and happiness … On the contrary, others, knowing it or not, may be on the wrong path in which they do not really fit and do not live their life to the fullest.

It is imperative to know or discover the purpose of our life, and it’s ok if that purpose changes throughout your life, even several times. We all have seasons that demand different things of us, to work for it and to walk gradually until the achievement of that great goal. A life with clear goals yields enduring fruits.

And of course, it is not only to seek and find our life purpose, but to develop the internal abilities and potentials to fulfill it. Success comes to those who commit themselves to grow day by day. Having a life purpose sets us the challenge of moving forward in life with a firm and sure step towards our ideals. And ultimately makes us feel fulfilled in life, leading to better mental and physical health. There is a reason that older people tend to go downhill after retirement. When there is no reason to get up in the morning and be fruitful, I belive the body starts to die.

So here are some tips to help you find your Purpose in Life:

Tip 1 – Figure Out What You Love to Do

Your Purpose is directly related to what you like. People with Purpose in the world spend their time doing what they love. Bill Gates loves computers, Oprah loves to help people (so do I!), and Edison loved to invent. What do you like?

Is it reading, writing, practicing sports, singing, painting, business, sales, talking, listening, cooking? Whatever you love to do, it is directly related to your Purpose. Whatever you love to do, write it down. You can start the sentence by putting “I love / I love … (do this or that)

Tip 2 – Wake Up Excited

We only have one life and if you do not wake up excited it’s time to change. We build our future with the actions we do daily. There is no reset button. Once the time is gone, it never comes back. Every day we should get up with desire and enthusiasm working in the future that we want, to build doing something that really matters to us. Make every Monday a Friday! When you do what you are interested in, every day is “weekend” because you enjoy every moment.

Tip 3 – Don’t Give Up or Be Frustrated By the Process of Discovery

Please continue on no matter what happens! Life is supposed to be full of lessons that are challenges. If the path is not clear, focus on what is clear right now and do it. That’s all you need to do. People who reach their goals in this world are those who are willing to go a little further beyond the wall of frustration because on the other side of this wall there is progress.
