Quantum Physics

Day 3 – Quаntum Physics – Power оf Belief Cоnnесtiоn

Hello! Welcome to day 3 of our program. Do you believe that your thoughts shape your life? Most of us would say yes or we’ve at least heard it said enough to say, possibly. So the question begs…What did you do today to consciously change your life using your thoughts? I imagine many of us would say, well nothing Wendy…I woke up, went to work, did the exact same thing today as I did yesterday.

So, why?

Well, my theory is, we don’t actually believe that our thoughts shape our reality, if we did, there isn’t a thought that would slip by that wouldn’t be put in its place. Would there?

If you thought to yourself, “Oh great, I’m gaining weight again,” and you knew in your heart of hearts that if you cling to that thought, while feeling the discouragement, you would undeniably be creating your reality, wouldn’t you stop yourself and replace that thought with a new one, like, “oh wow! I look great, look at how much weight I’m losing.” Of course you would! Who wouldn’t?

Well, I’m here to tell you that science proves to us that our thoughts can actually physically change our lives! If you don’t believe me, pick up the book, Break the habit of being yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza there are loads of scientific studies to back up the theory that your thoughts will physically manifest your inner movie.

So if you wake up every day and experience the same people, and do the same tasks, feel the same emotions day after day, you do not leave yourself open to create a different reality. The quantum laws are still applying to you, but you are experiencing your reality and not actually doing anything to generate a different one.  It’s only after a tiny spark enters our mind, where you think, “Maybe I could get a new job,” and you begin to see yourself in a new role, or doing a new hobby, or going on that date, that you start actually manifesting new into your life.

The tricky part is we’ve been programmed to live within our means and that means, thinking within our limitations. But there isn’t a person on earth that has achieved greatly that didn’t first think outside of their experience. They had a thought greater than their experience. They couldn’t see it, taste it or smell it but the thought began to take root in their minds. They fed it, and eventually, the thought started to become alive, so much so, that they actually started living as if the thought was their reality. They clung to their belief so hard that no feeling, no outside event could shake their resolve. And then, that which they believed, came to pass.

So here’s the cool thing, neuroscience has proven that you can actually take a thought that you can’t actually see in reality or experience with your senses but you can still use it to physically change your brain to look like the thought has already happened! Pretty cool huh?

In fact, a study was done where they took people who never played the piano before and had one group manually practice for two weeks. After the two weeks they scanned their brains and found the new connections that were made. Then they took another group and told showed them specific hand movements to play the song and told them to practice the hand motions only in their mind. And when they scanned them after two weeks, they lit up the same areas of the brain as those who actually physically played the song. So, therefore, the repetition of rehearsing the song in their mind recorded the event in their brain as if they physically were capable of playing the song. Same goes with our thoughts and our personality. By rehearsing certain attributes we want to incorporate into our personality we can rewire our brains by using repetitive thought to create the attribute.

Your personality creates your personal reality. Your personality is made up of how you think, how you act and how you feel. And those 3 things create your life as you know it.

Would you agree?

So, then does it make sense that to create a new personal reality you’d need to change the thoughts you’re thinking, the habits and routines you’ve gotten accustomed to and the emotions you’ve memorized as a result of all your past experiences that’s become part of your identity? You see, most people try to change things as the same personality that they currently are and it doesn’t work.

You have to create a new reality by becoming somebody else. So as you keep doing the same things, acting the same way and feeling the same emotions there is a neuroscience principle that says nerve cells that fire together wire together.  To change your mind then, you need to make the brain work in new sequences and the key ingredients are knowledge and experience.

Every time you learn something new you create a new connection, same with new experiences. Each new bit of knowledge or experience generates thoughts. And every thought makes a chemical that turns on a sequence that allows you to feel exactly as you programed it to feel based on your thoughts positive or negative.

The moment you begin to feel the way you think, you begin to think the way you feel, which creates a redundant cycle that defines your state of being or in laymans terms, your personality…which we now know creates our life.

95% of who you are by the time you are 35 years old is a set of memorized behaviors or emotional reactions based on our cycle, either positive or negative. So essentially 5% of your conscious mind is working against 95% of programmed mind. This is why you may want to change and be an optimistic person, but you still feel soo negative.

It’s because in order to change your personality you need to consciously rewire that 95%. How do you do that? The quantum field responds to who you are being and that can’t change until you change how you think.

Joe Dispenza studied a group of people who spontaneously healed and although there was no commonality in their religions, lifestyles and such, they did have 4 common beliefs.

The first is that every person accepted and believed there was an intelligence within them that somehow was giving them life. That they were connected to something greater than themselves that loved them more than they can imagine. They believed that if they could just make contact with that being it would do the healing for them.

The second is that their attitude created their condition. They owned that their negativity or anger or whatever negative belief they operated in life created their disease.

And lastly that, in order to heal they would need to reinvent themselves. That they could no longer operate their lives as the miserable victim they had been living as before.

And so they began to ask themselves questions like, what would it be like to be a happy person? Or who do I know in my life that is happy? What do I need to change about myself to be happy? And when did I lose happiness and start believing this is who I am?

The moment we ask these questions the prefrontal lobe which puts the brakes on the automatic programming to create new thoughts starts to gather new information and the brain starts to reorganize itself in a new way.

So how do we change?  There are two ways to change the brain gaining new knowledge –  and changing our experience where feelings are the end product.

And so we know that we can pick up a book, or join a 21-day program to gain new knowledge but how do we change our experience before it’s a reality? And the answer is in our mind. If we meditate on that which we want to become, feel the emotions of that and change our brain to act as the change has already occurred we will then be entering the quantum field allowing life to roll out the red carpet for the changes you want to manifest in your life.

So let’s put our practice into action. Head over to your exercise book and let’s change our reality!
